Those of you who were present on the Sunday when our church Historian, Ray Girvigian, presented a brief architectural history of our church have had your appetite whetted for more comprehensive detail. Also we will make sure that you see "first hand" why some of the items included on the list for the Capital Campaign are so necessary.
Please join us on Sunday afternoon September 8th. You will enjoy tours of the building and the stained glass windows, English Tea (sandwiches, scones and cakes - served with a selection of teas and soft drinks) and a "take-away" brochure. The event is free of charge (for individuals, groups and families), but we request donations and/or pledges - and ALL contributions will go to the church's Capital Campaign. Please invite your family, friends and neighbors - and share this information with others in your network who may not yet have experienced the beauty of St. James'.
To make a reservation, please call (626) 799-9194. Note that reservations are timed (available on the half hour and hour, starting from 12:30 pm with the last reservation at 4:30 pm) and that tea will be served from 1:00 to 4:00 pm.
