Los Angeles Baroque, greater LA's community home for Baroque orchestra and ensemble playing, continues its 2021-22 pop-up concert series at St. James' in the courtyard this weekend with "Alsatian Spring" — an exploration of composers from that region writing in a myriad of European styles. Featuring LAB's "Big Band" baroque orchestra, and the newly-formed for 2021-22 Consort Club, directed by Lindsey Strand-Polyak on violin and tenor viol respectively.
